How the clips are made

A furniture photo tells you the front. It does not tell you the depth. These clips are a cheap way to get the second half of that.

The pipeline

01

Pick the piece

We scan Amazon furniture categories for listings with plenty of clean, white-background photography and several colour or size variants. Pieces with a single flat photo are skipped.

02

Estimate depth

A monocular depth model infers a per-pixel depth map from the still photo, which is enough to separate the piece from its background.

03

Move the camera

Each output frame is resampled through that depth map — nearer pixels shift more than far ones — which produces real parallax from a single image. A contact shadow keeps the piece anchored to the floor.

04

Cut and ship

Shots are assembled into a 20–30 second vertical clip at 30fps with an audio bed, then published here and to social.

What a clip is, and what it is not

Why we do not show prices

Amazon's associate terms restrict how price and rating data may be displayed unless it is pulled live through their product API and timestamped. A static page cannot honour that, so we leave the numbers on Amazon where they are always correct. It costs a little conversion and removes an entire category of risk.
